Effective, compliant auto-enrolment communications

Auto-enrolment comes with a whole host of communication requirements and you must tell each different category of member - eligible jobholders, non-eligible jobholders and entitled workers – certain specified information as a minimum.  Some of the ‘minimum’ information is actually quite lengthy and it is easy to miss something and find you have not fully complied with all the requirements.

The other challenge is that only using bland, standard communications is not likely to be the most effective way of engaging your employees with the pension scheme, and therefore you will not achieve the value from this additional pension spend that you deserve.

Our experienced consultants can help you develop communications that are both compliant and effective.  These can then be loaded into our auto-enrolment system, which tells you which communication needs to go to each individual employee. You are then provided with a simple ‘click, download and print’ option, as well as a facility to send the communication by email.
