Efficient and effective auto enrolment implementation

To implement automatic enrolment you will need to assess the age, earnings and pension scheme membership status of every single member of your workforce.  This could be quite time consuming even for employers with effective HR systems and simple structures; for employers with multiple schemes, categories and pay groups, it could be especially complex.

Using our auto enrolment system, we can help you manage the auto enrolment process quickly and efficiently.  Starting with data imported directly from your payroll/HR system, our system performs the necessary data validation checks and flags errors that need to be resolved. The system then also manages all the data needed for the enrolment process – personal details, important dates, membership information etc – and:

  • manages opt-outs and opt-ins
  • stores documents that you receive from employees
  • calculates contributions for payroll deduction and for reporting to the pension scheme
  • automatically produces management information reports that can feed directly into your scheme governance process
  • submits the required report to The Pensions Regulator
