Achieving agreed targets, whilst providing a professional compliant and high standard of service to Individual Clients.

Maximising on business opportunity through an aligned sales strategy and providing innovative, compliant and appropriate financial planning solutions to Individual Clients.

Significant experience within the Industry and demonstrated success as an advisor.
Full FPC with AFPC or progress and commitment toward AFPC
Previous FS experience

First class communication skills – internal and external
Report writing skills - Good command of English Language
Effective time-planning and organisational skills
Commercially aware
Technological skills – internet/pc/use of various software packages as prescribed by the Company.
