A. No, between 7 and 15 years

Q. How many people are there in the syndicate?

A. 5-30 depending on the amount of other individuals’ transfer funds

Q. How do you match syndicate members?

A. Members are matched based on the size of their transfer value and their age

Q. What if I want to leave the syndicate early?

A. You can subject to penalties ensuring that you do not disadvantage other investors – please see technical details

Q. What happens if one of the syndicate members dies?

A. Death benefits are paid from the protection fund held for just that reason; in extreme circumstances, if more than one member should die, the property may need to be sold unless another syndicate member can be found in time
