Employee Benefits Administrator - based in Bath

Due to growth of our Employee Benefits portfolio, we require an experienced Employee Benefits administrator to join our team.  Working as part of our established Employee Benefits Team located in Bath, the ideal candidate will be able to hit the ground running, and provide administration support to Our Employee Benefit Advisers to ensure new and existing business generated is processed to consistently high standards and complies with all regulatory and customer service guidelines.

Key skills and experience:

  • Previous experience working in a IFA or Financial Services environment, within Group/ Corporate products and services team.
  • Experience administrating corporate clients and good understanding of corporate products and services.
  • Knowledge of 1st Software, or market leading back office software for IFA market.
  • Good team player
  • Exceptional organisation skills
  • Attention to detail, and a commitment to providing high quality output
  • Expert knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel. Some knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint would be advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and customer services skills.
  • Knowledge and understanding of regulations set down by Financial Services Authority.

Qualifications:

  • GCSE or Equivalent – C Grade or better for Maths and English
  • Some Financial services CII qualifications would be desirable.

Salary:  £18,000 - £22,000
