This means you can be sure what we will do, when we will do it, and how we will be remunerated.
Our most widely selected service options provide both full financial planning and wealth management advice for clients who want a genuine partnership relationship with their adviser; the difference is in how they are delivered. Our clients can engage with us in a variety of ways such as face-to-face advice, remote or virtual advice, including dedicated advice by telephone and email from your named and highly qualified financial consultant.
To help you we have named our service offerings:
- Optimum (face-to-face)
- Full face-to-face advice from highly qualified consultants, this service is for clients that prefer to have regular 1-2-1 meetings
- Premium (remote or virtual)
- Some of our clients prefer to deal with us remotely, but you can be sure that the same high level of advice and service is delivered
- Direct (client self select)
We recognise that in certain circumstances you may wish to rely on your own judgement, in which case we are pleased to facilitate your decisions and agree the appropriate level of administration you require.
