We believe transparency is critical both in the way we work with our clients and the way we work with you. This also extends to the way we manage our business and structure our fees.
Creating strategic partnerships with firms specialising in complementary services will enable us both to better serve the needs of our clients. For many people, knowing that their advisers are working together effectively and will get on with things without them needing to be there is extremely valuable. To do this well, we understand that we may need to meet from time-to-time without passing the cost of that meeting on to our mutual client. We also know that having an agreed customer service agreement is vital.
Our approach is about improving customer service, not short-term income.
