For a professional partnership to work effectively - that is, to the benefit of our mutual clients – we each need to commit to spending the time necessary to get to know each other properly. We also need to be open in how we work together.
Being transparent about the way we manage our business and deliver service to our clients will enable both parties to achieve maximum benefit from the relationship.
You will have a dedicated business development manager at Fidelius Wealth Management, and we ask the same of you. That way we will be able to genuinely develop our connection and ensure our respective processes are right for our clients.
We are happy to provide your team with relevant training, for example about understanding wealth management services, the independent financial advice market and what they can and cannot say, or about the implications of the Retail Distribution Review (RDR). We also request that your team actively trains our consultants on how best to understand the need for clients to be referred to our professional connections.
Where appropriate, we can also provide joint clinics as an employee benefit for corporate clients. Typically this takes the form of on-site drop-in surgeries where employees can have their questions answered and seek advice on any issues they may have.
